Each villa has an upper penthouse and a lower 2-bedroom apartment. They can host 2-4 people in each penthouse and 4-6 people in each 2-bedroom apartment, with a total capacity of up to 20 people for both villas.

 

VILLA ALOHA (AMIHAN) – GROUNG FLOOR / APARTMENT

Up to 6 people can stay in this roomy (90 square meters) 2-bedroom apartment. It has a spacious open living/dining area with a kitchenette for simple meals. Sliding doors lead to a big balcony with beautiful Pearl Bay views. If needed, extra beds for the 5th and 6th guests can be set up in the bedrooms or living room.

• An extra bathroom with a shower off the living room
• Kitchenette with an island unit, gas cooker, and refrigerator.

VILLA ALOHA (AZALEA) – UPPERFLOOR / PENTHOUSE

This roomy studio apartment can host up to 4 people and spans 75 square meters. It features an open living/dining area and a partially separated bedroom space. Sliding doors lead to a generous wrap-around balcony with stunning Pearl Bay views.

Guests 3 and 4 can sleep on a comfy sofa bed in the living room.

Villa IBISCO (CAMIA) – Ground floor/Apartment

This generous 90-square-meter, 2-bedroom apartment can host up to 6 people. It boasts a large open living and dining area with full-length sliding doors that open onto a broad wrap-around balcony, providing breathtaking Pearl Bay views.

For guests 5 and 6, there’s a spacious and comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Villa IBISCO (SAMPAGA) – Upper Floor / Penthouse

This roomy 75-square-meter studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a spacious open living and dining area with a partially separated bedroom area. Full-length sliding doors open onto a large wrap-around balcony with stunning Pearl Bay views.

For guests 3 and 4, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
